Excellent craftsmanship and service! Highly recommend! Accidentally got a fossil watch that was too big even after extra links were taken out. Most places I called (including Fossil) said it was impossible to do without ruining the watch or that they'd be uncomfortable attempting it. Ian not only found a way to do it but did an excellent job with not a single scratch left on the watch.
