Greta Did my hair today , it looks & feels amazing ! She was very sweet & made me feel welcomed ! I haven’t had a haircut In a few years it was nice to finally get it cut & I will definitely be back to see her !
We love this place! Karen is amazing 👏 Her pedis are the best we've ever had!
Very disappointed! Received a service (color) I did not ask for. Went back to have it fixed twice, did not work, and was still charged 1k for hair that still had to be fixed. That is horrible customer service!! Do not recommend

Had another great experience at West End & Holden & Spa! Emma Wood was my stylist, and she did an amazing job. I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint, a haircut fix, and decided to go all in with a full color and highlights. Emma made everything look exactly how I wanted – the color and highlights turned out beautiful, and my haircut feels fresh and stylish(I had to have it fixed after another shop messed it up).
