I like to start by expressing how extremely unprofessional the office management is to speak with. The service techs are nice folks, and I've had no problems calling with reception either, but this office manager is honestly an asshole. After having West End come out 3-4 times through my home warranty, i had fuses and compressor fluid replaced.
