Review for West End Braiding / Aisha’s Braiding I understand that braiding services are in high demand, especially during back-to-school season, which is why we came in ahead of time to speak with the staff and make an appointment for Sunday, August 3rd. Unprofessional and rude they do whatever they want in your hair they would talk about you in there language the whole time you get your hair did I ask for small knotless and got medium but still paid small knotless price. They tried to gaslight me by saying that I got extra small when it is definitely medium. She also stopped because she had an attitude and said that I was moving too much and got another braider to finish my hair and I had sat there two hours before she came. I called head of time to confirm availability and the staff was on time. I booked a take down but ended up getting my knotless re-braided. Easy to work with. Calm. Good experience. I’ll be back.
Great prices very affordable and braids came out perfect but the lady who braided my hair gave me the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to braids. Ive gotten braids done a million times and never had to go through as much pain as I did. The whole process was extremely painful, I felt like I was being tortured as the woman brushed out my knots and even as she was braiding she pulled on my hair very hard I literally couldn't wait until it was over with.
