2020 was a rough year for everyone. I know the wedding business took a hard hit, but all I can say is that they handled themselves well. We cancelled our date due to MI restrictions, and they worked with us. I can only say great things about them, and how they took care of their clients during uncertain times.
Our experience with West End GR Event Space was a complete disaster. During an open house, a family member got stuck in their old freight elevator and had to crawl through a small gap and then onto a ladder on a lower floor to escape—a terrifying and unsafe ordeal. Shockingly, a sign inside the elevator clearly stated, “NOTICE, THIS IS NOT A PASSENGER ELEVATOR; NO PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OPERATOR AND THE FREIGHT HANDLERS ARE PERMITTED TO RIDE THIS ELEVATOR.” We were misled by their “New Form Entry: Contact Form” email, which ... read more

The location and logistics of getting everything squared away and guests into the space wasn't the best, wish the signage was clearer and more intentional rather than feeling like you're exploring an abandoned building but actual venue room was really great
