I want to raise a concern about something I’ve experienced several times recently. While the maintenance crew has been working near my building, I’ve heard strange and inappropriate noises coming from outside my window — including sounds that no resident should be hearing during normal work hours. This has happened repeatedly, and it makes the environment uncomfortable, especially considering that many families with children live in these apartments. Filthy apartment workers at this property constantly make inappropriate jokes and comments. Their behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and makes residents feel uncomfortable.
