This is my third haircut with Carlos since moving to STL. Carlos is exceptional at cutting and styling Asian hair (long, thick and straight). I get my hair thinned out every appointment, and he does it so well - without even using thinning shears - and creates these long, beautiful layers. He appreciate how he listens carefully to my requests and takes pride in his work. Also, Carlos does not cut corners when it comes into the shampoo, conditioning, and blow out process. All style and no substance. He acts confident but lacks basic skills. Won’t fix his many mistakes and has to resort to Groupon to get clients, where the “savings” are grossly inflated. Scam.
