Scandalously unknowledgeable, incompetent reception staff who are unable to identify a case manager attached to my relative whom I am concerned about. They couldn’t care less; classic case of a “computer says no” type of situation, shame that it’s a place where people’s safety and well-being is at stake, please have those people work at CRA or Service Canada instead and staff your front desk with people with minimal amount of compassion

Absolutely horrible treatment by psychiatrist. Not trauma-informed at all and no sign of compassion or empathy. Avoid unless you want to be coerced into being locked in a psych ward.

Unfortunately, I just became a client a few months ago. My first psychiatrist missed four telephone sessions in a row and our two telephone sessions consisted of asking me "how's your mood out of 10." Beyond that she would call in my medication to the pharmacy and forget to order a dosage. I then asked my case manager, Nicole, who listens in on our sessions, if I could actually have a psychiatrist who "shows up." This seemed like a very demanding request. Social Worker Michelle, called the SWAT team after she asked me if I was interested in her and I said no. They keeped me in a pyschocatic hospital for over 3 weeks.
