RecommendedHad a great experience with West End Bikes! I had a very basic maintenance issue that they were able to identify and fix immediately. This was after bringing it to a big-name shop which held onto it for two weeks and ultimately did not diagnose the problem. The experience with West End was infinitely better, and they were able to give us some basic tips to help my bike keep running smoothly. Although they are located fairly far from my home, I'll definitely be using them for future service and purchases.
We visited four different shops and the team at the West End Bikes is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. Butch was honest and helped me to select the right size bike and saddle. He made adjustments to make sure everything fits right. I love my new bike.

Great shop with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will always point you in the right and most practical direction without just trying to upsell you like some other shops I've dealt with. Service and selection are top-notch, and conveniently located riding distance from Memorial Park bike trails. Give them a visit, you won't regret it!
Picked up a bike from these guys today, and the guy who helped me (maybe Trendon) was extremely cool and helpful. He was patient with me, educated me, and got me what I needed. Definitely recommend West End! 👍🏼
Came in and was helped by Daniel. he showed me a couple of bikes they had and allowed a test ride on each. I made my decision and bought the bike on the spot. Got a bike computer and some other goodies. Nice shop that the Specialized website directed me to. Daniel is very knowledgeable in bikes, frames, etc. Thanks again West End Bikes!
