This place deserves zero stars. Had 4 silverware items appraised. Each item was from my mother's family heritage. The owner quotes $450 for an appraisal for all four items. According to him photos would be taken of each item and then sent to associates in New York and San Francisco. He said quote " these items will be worth significantly more."
