We rented two storage units from West Elmira, and they were terrific through the entire process. When we needed a little extra place for us to put our utility trailer, they accommodated the same day and communication was always very prompt. Highly recommended.

This is the best storage place around as they’re the only ones with a security fence and gate. We kept our items in here for 3 years and were very happy with our experience.
