Best place and very nice people very helpful and understanding we had unit 5 it was perfect for what we needed price was awsome again great people great place and the building is well maintained i will definitely call them again soon
My husband and I were very happy with our time using this storage center. We needed a large space as soon as possible and they were available and the most affordable around Sandpoint and ponderay. They are very clean and well kept and keep your stuff safe. Highly recommend them!
Good and prompt communication and customer service, fair and reasonable on billing and move out process too!
We rented two storage units from West Elmira, and they were terrific through the entire process. When we needed a little extra place for us to put our utility trailer, they accommodated the same day and communication was always very prompt. Highly recommended.
