I ordered two tables of $800. It was delivered without my knowledge without a door bell ring and now sits outside of a home where no one is. They told me it was because I didn’t use white glove delivery-White glove delivery doesn’t even open up boxes for you anymore. Why would I pay $150 more for white glove delivery when that only pays for a door doorbell ring apparently. Disgusted with this company, overpriced, and service stinks!

Wonderful staff, incredible helpful whether on the phone or in the store. We bought Hyde dining chairs with frost grey performance velvet fabric a year ago. Recently guests were with us for dinner and a glass of red wine was spilled onto one of the chairs. Almost half the chair seat was stained by the wine. We quickly blotted what we could, then treated with Dawn liquid detergent and water which made the stained area turn blue. Then we used water repeatedly to gradually absorb the soap. I had an outstanding experience with the team at West Elm in Ardmore. I recently furnished two of my Airbnb rental homes through the store, and from start to finish the entire experience was excellent. The store itself is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean. It's a wonderful place to browse for inspiration, and the entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Hats off to the Manager. I just want to say the most recent comment was taken out of context. I was at the store this exact day. The customer came in looking for a sale table. I did overhear her asking about if a particular item was on sale associate did ask unfortunately she was given incorrect information later on the customer came back to pick up the table and purchase I saw her loop three times around the store to find this particular associate just to tell her that she was wrong. West Elm in Ardmore was my favorite store for last few years ! Unfortunately after today’s experience I’m done with shopping there . Before final decision I asked employee twice regarding the price . Two hours later when I came with bigger car I found out she provided wrong information. When I pointed employee who did it they aggressively jump on me and also on employee when she was trying to explain or say what they didn’t like to hear .It’s not nice or even not safe place to shop!!
