Horrible service. They refuse to help load furniture into your vehicle.
We purchased several pieces of outdoor furniture from West Elm. The outdoor bar needed to be replaced within a month due to the surface flaking off. It lasted over a year the second time now it is flaking again. The outdoor table collapsed after 2 years over Memorial Day weekend. The "outdoor" furniture is built with hardware that rusts in the elements. Six screws rusted out on one end of the table causing the wood to rot and thus leading to the collapse. Giving 5 stars because people are children and take out their negative experience with a specific problem that can be resolved with customer service (obviously they don’t include that they called customer service and the issue was resolved, but they still post their complaining review), and NOT the store itself, and give a store 1 star. Stop groaning and moaning and thinking giving a store who tries their best and has no genuine authority over most problems and complaining about it on google. Grow up. Frequent shopper of West Elm and Pottery Barn but the pick up service at this location is horrible. They won’t help you load your car and when you have to take things out of the box, they won’t take the box off your hands after spending $$&. As if they don’t have a dumpster for the shipments they receive.
I bought cups from them that wound up flaking. When I went to them, I was met with rude associates and zero help. Spend your money elsewhere!
