I just want to say the most recent comment was taken out of context. I was at the store this exact day. The customer came in looking for a sale table. I did overhear her asking about if a particular item was on sale associate did ask unfortunately she was given incorrect information later on the customer came back to pick up the table and purchase I saw her loop three times around the store to find this particular associate just to tell her that she was wrong. West Elm in Ardmore was my favorite store for last few years ! Unfortunately after today’s experience I’m done with shopping there . Before final decision I asked employee twice regarding the price . Two hours later when I came with bigger car I found out she provided wrong information. When I pointed employee who did it they aggressively jump on me and also on employee when she was trying to explain or say what they didn’t like to hear .It’s not nice or even not safe place to shop!!
This is the best store in suburban square, by far! Not only does the store look absolutely incredible inside (the layout, design and overall aura is phenomenal), but the people are even better! I bought a living room couch, coffee table, a bed frame, a credenza, numerous area rugs and some small pieces to accent the entertainment stand all with the help of Sam M. Very helpful with choices
West Elm is as close to a scam business as you can get with no regard for customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. We ordered an area carpet and got the "white glove" service. We have gotten 2 other carpets in the past from other vendors who installed the carpet, helped move furniture and set it up the way we wanted it. West Elms White Glove though only means they come leave it in a room in your house and will not set it up helping move furniture.
