This is the best store in suburban square, by far! Not only does the store look absolutely incredible inside (the layout, design and overall aura is phenomenal), but the people are even better! I bought a living room couch, coffee table, a bed frame, a credenza, numerous area rugs and some small pieces to accent the entertainment stand all with the help of Sam M. Very helpful with choices
West Elm is as close to a scam business as you can get with no regard for customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. We ordered an area carpet and got the "white glove" service. We have gotten 2 other carpets in the past from other vendors who installed the carpet, helped move furniture and set it up the way we wanted it. West Elms White Glove though only means they come leave it in a room in your house and will not set it up helping move furniture. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. I took a day off work to receive one of the most expensive sofas your store offers, and despite paying nearly $300 for delivery, your team still couldn’t get it right. The driver arrived 30 minutes early, left an automated voicemail I couldn’t even return, and then rescheduled at their own convenience instead of accommodating the customer who has already paid in full. This is not the experience I expected, especially for a premium purchase.
Don’t order anything for pickup at this store! I ordered a heavy marble end table and when I got there for pickup they said they couldn’t help because of liability. However, the table was on a very low wheelie that had no way to control it and they didn’t even come and help open the door for me. Needless to say, the table rolled out the door and onto the street.
