Very disappointing experience with West Elm. The sofa looks great in the showroom, but the quality does not match the price at all. The cushions lose their shape almost immediately, the filling is poor, and the stitching is already coming apart. For a brand that presents itself as modern and premium, this feels like all image and no substance. Definitely not worth the money.
Along popular 14th Street NW is a very fancy two-floor West Elm with all their home goods in all their expensive glory. What is not pricey is slipping in to use their restrooms for free. Two unisex restrooms are on the second floor. If you go just for the restrooms, be respectful of the space and staff.

He took the time to walk us through options, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident in our purchase. It’s rare to receive this level of thoughtful customer service, and it truly made a difference. We'll definitely be returning because of this experience.
