Along popular 14th Street NW is a very fancy two-floor West Elm with all their home goods in all their expensive glory. What is not pricey is slipping in to use their restrooms for free. Two unisex restrooms are on the second floor. If you go just for the restrooms, be respectful of the space and staff.
