Horrible delivery service. It is the second time I buy furnitures and they deliver at their will not providing an estimate day for delivery nor a call. When calling the customer service aí was informed that they only call IF YOU pay for the white gloves services. Great way to attend customers. Next time, even if I like a lot the time, will reconsider the poor experience
Jason gave us so much of his attention and time and really helped walk us through all of our options for our media console. We didn't end up purchasing that day, but in the future - we'll be sure to reach out to him directly. It was such a better experience than shopping online!

Very disappointing experience with West Elm. The sofa looks great in the showroom, but the quality does not match the price at all. The cushions lose their shape almost immediately, the filling is poor, and the stitching is already coming apart. For a brand that presents itself as modern and premium, this feels like all image and no substance. Definitely not worth the money.
