Ordered a table they said was ready to ship. I ordered this table over another one because of the availability. They said they kept trying to deliver it but that they could not get into my building with my code. The code worked fine and I had no record of them even trying. I realized at this rate it would never get delivered as it seemed they weren’t even trying. So I called and changed the delivery address to my work address ti try and help. Great store!
Beautiful store. No one greeted us. No one asked if they could help us with anything. I asked one of the sales associates if they had a certain item on display, and she said, no, that it had been discontinued. That was the end of our conversation.
We walked in the Charlotte store 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday. It was the day after we spent hours in Hickory looking for furniture without finding anything we liked. The showroom is gorgeous and everyone was so helpful. Priscilla Creek has gone above & beyond to help me this week. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful & everything we have looking for. We highly recommend this store.
Not a great experience. Will avoid them in the future. The furniture itself is decent quality but overpriced at retail. Background: I called in to inquire about 2 dining chairs we'd like to purchase around lunch time. I was told they only have 2 floor models but they'd be 20% off and could be held for me. I should've asked for her name at that time, she was friendly and helpful. I let her know I could be there around 6:30 to pick them up.
