This store does not honor delivery timelines after a purchase is made. When contacting the Charlotte location, the manager is consistently rude and dismissive, showing little interest in resolving issues or offering even a basic apology. It’s disappointing because other employees appear professional, but this individual significantly undermines the customer experience. Proceed with caution.
Ordered a table they said was ready to ship. I ordered this table over another one because of the availability. They said they kept trying to deliver it but that they could not get into my building with my code. The code worked fine and I had no record of them even trying. I realized at this rate it would never get delivered as it seemed they weren’t even trying. So I called and changed the delivery address to my work address ti try and help.
