DO NOT order a bed frame from West Elm. They completely botched the delivery and assembly of min. I’m going into my fourth weeks without the bed and my back is in EXCRUCIATING PAIN from sleeping on the couch. They’ve wasted over 4 hours of my time, caused me to cancel a trip, miss work, and worst of all caused this awful back pain to come about. RecommendedCool store. I had never visited before last night. Great merchandise with several 20% off items. And don’t miss the LATHER wellness hair, skin, etc. products on the top floor. I love that West Elm has created opportunities for Pop-Up shops to show off locally made goods. LATHER is made in LA 😬
