Efficient workflow
We’ve been loyal customers of West Elm for over a decade, purchasing furniture in Miami, Seattle, and now Austin. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely changed our perception of the brand. I’ve honestly never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. My family and I spent a significant amount of money here furnishing our new home, and instead of being treated like valued customers, we were made to feel like a problem. i even have video proof when i god asked twice All I did was ask—twice—for the bathroom code, and somehow that turned into staff watching us like we were doing something wrong.
