I spent over $10,000 on a bedroom set from West Elm and waited 4 months for delivery. When it finally arrived, the bed frame came with 6-inch legs instead of the 2-inch legs I had specifically ordered. I hesitated to buy from West Elm because of bad reviews for years but decided to pull the trigger this year from the fear of tariff price increase. Their customer service are bad as I read. I live in Hawaii so I called to ship to freight forwarder company in LA. Nice looking products but poorly constructed and made of cheap materials
My husband and I have never had a bed special ordered for us before. We were so excited! Unfortunately, we waited for 3 months and when the bed was delivered, it was not what we ordered. We thought that they would make the headboard taller like it was supposed to be and then exchange it out.
