Purchased a custom sleeper sofa. Item arrived and sloped downward. I put in a service request and they said there's no repair available, it is just made faulty. Customer service did not care. Unfortunate experience.
WHERE IS MY CHAIR?? We bought 2 chairs in Jan 2026. We received notice that they would be delivered in April. Only ONE arrived. The other was “lost during delivery” but it would be replaced. After several calls trying to track find when we would receive the second, we were told in July that it was in transit but would “probably be stuck in customs” for a while. When I asked for some kind of compensation, I was told that they can’t do anything until we receive the second chair. But NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS!! How does No Chair... read more
Quality control at this store sucks. I ordered this bed. It came in damaged then it was a whole fiasco where they left us without a bed as i refused to accept it as it was. Then when they replaced it, it came in with this huge scratch, and the delivery guys said that they saw that it was scratched in the warehouse so I told them then why would you bring it to me scratched? and they said they were just doing their job. I wouldn’t purchase from them. They still haven’t made it right.
