West elm is the WORST company Ever! I recommend buying high end decor from any other company. We have spent so much money with west elm and planned to spend a lot more but they have the worst customer service ever and will go out of their way to screw customers.

Poor, unhelpful customer service. As people have written on the yelp site, noone comes to you and asks, and when you go and ask for help, it is as if the staff is hesitant. Need more smiles
