The customer service and “white glove service” are deplorable. How do you lose furniture??? I’ll never buy from this company or it’s affiliates again.
Terrible experience. Ordered sofa Dec 11, 2021 and still not delivered Sept 2022. I understand supply chain problems, but they charged my CC in July and have refused to credit me back until a firm delivery date can be provided. Cannot get a straight answer from customer service. Never again!
Terrible service and rude staff. Also, do not sign up for design services because you will do all the work of submitting photos and chatting with a designer but then they will just ghost you. Paul ghosted me first after I had a live session with him, so I signed up for another one. Then, Selima told them they had a glitch in their system so couldn't do a video chat and to submit photos. I spent a good hour collecting photos of my place and submitting via email as requested and I got ghosted again.
The worst staff. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your $ here. You will be treated like trash!

I loved their furniture, but they amount of foam they use is a HUGE turnoff. It is so bad, that I will not order additional furniture from here.

My wife and I went into this location today looking for two dinning tables. We need one for the nook and one for the formal dinning area. My wife was really excited to go into this store because just two days ago she ordered a custom couch to use as a seat for the nook.
