I purchased curtains with identical labels but when I got home I discovered one was totally different. There should be better quality control than this. The staff was indifferent in the store and on the phone.
Lost our order. Didn't even reach out. Had to bug them. They hung up on me. Was then told they couldn't cancel order three weeks after delivery date. Only to be told they never proceeded it. Done Done Done.
I would say they recruit sales associates from the DMV, but that would be insulting to the people of the DMV. The eye rolling, the stench of entitlement, the ignoring requests for assistance, the gossiping about customers IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS....I don't even know where to begin! Please do better!
i'd give less if i could. We bought a couch from these guys and the cushion broke down within a coule weeks. We ordered a replacement and they sent the wrong size. We took the too large one back to the store here in oklahoma city. We waited 2 months for delivery of our new cushion and when it was late we called their call center and the order number they gave us at the store was never placed, it didn't pull up any sort of order.
