Most unprofessional medical center I have ever experienced!! Like other reviews mention the prior to surgery communication was poor and too late. We had to reschedule her cervical injections because they required her to stop medications a week prior but they call to tell you this the day prior to surgery. Next, they required us to arrive at 0645 in the morning. I accompanied someone here for surgery. I can’t comment on the medical care, but the front desk receptionist was rude and snappy. If staff are unhappy in customer-facing roles, it might be better to place them in non front desk positions. First impressions matter greatly in a surgical setting.
Very pleasant experience at this facility. Everybody was very attentive, accommodating, caring and professional. Shout out to Dr. Mitchell and his team. Thank you all for everything.
Absolutely no communication with them before my son's surgery. The paperwork said I would be contacted by them a week prior to surgery & nothing. I call to see if the surgery is still set. When transferred to the nurse I wasn't even done with my sentence when she interrupts & says "no its not a week prior (whith chuckle in her voice) whoever gave you that paperwork is wrong, I'm working on it now & will get back to you" Keep in mind this was friday surgery is Monday.
