Update: when Leslie went to change the lock box the key was gone. She rekeyed the appartment and apologized. I had planned on adding a star. However, before she apologized I reviewed WDR on BBB. It was routed to a random sales person. Leslie decided the best course of action would be to tell me I would be sued because that sales person is married to a law professor.
