Shani was a great help answering questions via email and setting up a remote showing. She took the time to show us a beautiful house that ultimately wasn’t quite the right fit for our needs. Everything we’ve heard about this management company is positive, and we hope to find a place to rent from them in the near future. I was a tenant with West Durham Realty and had a great experience. Leslie and her team were incredibly responsive. When our dryer started smoking, they had a new one installed the next day. We had to break our lease early because of a move out of state for a job, and they were all so helpful and made the process as easy as possible! I would happily rent with West Durham Realty again and recommend them to anyone in Durham.
2nd update: has threatened legal action over things I have no control of like friends of mine hearing about thier actions and leaving reviews. Update: when Leslie went to change the lock box the key was gone. She rekeyed the appartment and apologized. I had planned on adding a star. However, before she apologized I reviewed WDR on BBB. It was routed to a random sales person. Leslie decided the best course of action would be to tell me I would be sued because that sales person is married to a law professor.
