I have lived here for some years now and Cece is the third face I have seen in office, Cece is wonderful and gets things done very understanding , Senior management is tacky and very rude her name is terry, she told me she had other bigger properties to worry about and does not care for our needs. If it wasn’t for Cece I would have been moved.
Ms. CECE the property manger at west down apartments was a blessing very helpful and encouraging to my situation. Very great with communicating with me throughout the whole process. I made a couple of mistakes and Ms. Cece was very understanding and helpful with working with me to fix the problem. I'm very excited and looking forward to living there. Thank you Ms. Cece
I enjoy staying at the West Downs Apartments! Mrs. Tabitha my leasing manager is just the best by far. She has great communication and if there is anything that needs done, she is on it! She is also very understanding and outstanding!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are extremely nice in the beginning so you can submit that little application fee and then after that no one ever answers the phone or respond to an email. Tabitha said I was “stressing her out” because I was assisting my mother with applying for this location due to her being hospitalized she could not physically do anything and there was a tedious process that you have to go through when assisting someone.
