I’ve lived in this building for years and it’s been a great experience. The property is well taken care of, the staff is helpful, and I’ve never had any issues. It’s a comfortable, reliable place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.
I live in there more than 15 years. This is the best place to live. You haveto have discipline for yourself to respect people, people property
West Dixie Tower is a very nice place to live I have lived here I have lived here 5 years and management Andrea is very nice. It has a nice pool and inside laundry room and just a nice place to live. The units are very nice and cozy and spacious. The location is great for all stores and shopping and overall a great place to live.
This is the worst place you can move to. It’s always dirty, they have a code in the door for no reason because there’s always weird people walking in and out the building. You don’t even feel safe throwing out the trash, which is always full. Theres a pool with so many restrictions nobody uses it but the ducks outside. They steal your packages and nobody does anything about it. They find any little thing to charge you more and more money but never fix anything. The washers and dryers never work. Infested with roaches.
