Dr. Hemperly seems like a nice guy and a competent physician. I can't say much more than that, since I only required a dermatologist to renew a previously prescribed medication for a lifelong skin condition that has been well diagnosed. Well, I liked them thought they did everything right. Until a year later received a letter stating my mole that was cancerous after biopsy was not removed. I thought letter weird. Scary! Location of mole curious, not right spot as in letter. So I called MA talk with her they said they did everything to contact me. I had insurance it got canceled but they told 1000.00 out of pocket my fault I was negligent in returning calls. She has it documented.
