Dr. Van was so extremely thorough and friendly. Really a pleasure, and I learned some new things about my skin care.
i showed up to my appointment a few minutes early and was taken to a room and was handed a gown. the nurse came in to say they did not have the codes for my appointment and I could not be seen unless I wanted plastic surgery which is what they were pushing to make more money. I have been going to this place for several years and all i have are moles that need attention. Incompetent staff that they did not get the codes I needed for my appointment and said so sorry! Not sorry they are incompetent. won't be going back.
I saw the “new” Dr a month ago- she tried to burn off 3 spots- after two weeks I could tell it wasn’t working- I drove back to the office and told them- they said I have to wait a month- I went back yesterday- Dr agreed that it didn’t work, so she re did them- they wanted me to pay another $85 payment- I said this was a redo for something that didn’t work - not a new visit- rude lady instantly told me I had to pay or they would send me to collections.. didn’t think that was the first thing to say— I told her to ask the Dr- I... read more
