Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Francis was very professional; but yet very kind and cheerful. She was helpfull.Also took her time and gave great suggestions.
This was my first time I have visited the office and I was greeted right away with two professional ladies who made sure I had everything I needed to get the pre-paperwork done. The doctor visit was quick but efficient and complete. She not only co-regulated my anxiety about coming in but she explained why it was happening and explained how to use the prescription for my skin. I finally walked out of a doctor's office feeling like I had answers.
