We hired West County Sprinklers to install an irrigation system in our backyard in 2020. We regret that decision. There were so many issues, I'll highlight the most concerning. The initial plans that were drawn up were not followed and did not provide water to our entire yard. The job foreman was told that ALL of our downspouts were buried. My experience with West County Sprinklers has been spotty. Most recently I scheduled my prepaid winterization later than desired. On the actual day (Nov 12) St Louis had record cold temperatures. Rather than reschedule the appointment, the service person showed up to winterize the system. To no surprise, the system was frozen. The problem is the tech left the system open. When we returned from work the next day, there was a lake in my front yard from the water running most of the day. My wife called after hours that evening ... read more

Mr. ********, I will give you a call in the morning and discuss this further. There seems to be some miscommunication on our end. The quote to replace the backflow of $900 is correct for a standard backflow, however you have a 375xl which will need the vessel replaced and does not cost near what a new backflow does. I apologize for this confusion, we had a new secretary in the office and she is still learning the terminology and various parts of the system.
