Had the pleasure of working with Blake for my roofing project. Jake is from STL and was very helpful and accommodating during the entire process. Nothing but praise for Blake and West Counting Roofing. Thanks for a smooth and uneventful roof replacement project!
The roof work was fine, however the siding work was problematic. Communication was poor. They didn't order enough material to complete the job. It took 5 months and numerous calls on my part to get the work completed. They would schedule the work and then state they didn't have the material when I called to find out why they didn't show up. The process was frustrating to say the least.
Responded quickly to come and look at the roof and give an estimate but was told I'd get an email w the quote and did not receive a bid. Text same number multiple times reporting I did not receive and email, then received no response. Never contacted me to make sure e mail was correct or anything. Very sad that a5 star company works this way.
Very bad experience. First they as they took old roof off they destroyed various plants bc if their carelessness. Second as they put roof on the damaged gutter guards. And now refuse to assist. Would NOT use again
