I am updating my original review to reflect how things were handled in the end. Initially, this project was incredibly frustrating due to a severe lack of communication and multiple workmanship issues. To the credit of the company, after some communication issues, they sent crews to address my major complaints. While I wish the process had been smoother from the start, but I appreciate that they didn't just walk away from the job. Thank you to the team for turning a difficult situation around and making things right.

We hired West County to replace our roof in 2025 after it was damaged by a hail storm. The gutters we had were 30 years old and needed to be replaced as well. Jeff Borgers was our project manager. He was excellent from the start. He was thorough in his evaluation and communicated well throughout the process. He also interacted well with the representative from our insurance company and I am sure that helped in getting the job completed. We are very happy with the outcome and recommend this company highly.

I recently had a roof replaced by Fuch Roofing. Our experience with Fuch Roofing was excellent the sales representative was Will Mikesell and he did a great job of working with our insurance company to make sure we got all the coverage according to our policy.
