Warning...don't sign with this company!! West County Roofing did my roof...supposed to have lifetime guarantee. My roof looks wavey and severely warped. They apparently did not replace any sheeting/ plywood although it was written in appraisal/ contract that it would be replaced at the cost of $75 a plywood sheet. West County did a great job. They outlined materials and installation options, they explained what to expect up front, they answered our questions and were quick with a follow up after installation. Well done all around. I'm happy to recommend WC for roofing fixes and replacement.
