John Collins was the PM on my roof replacement. He kept me up to date throughout the process, and monitored the progress all along. Very pleased that I selected West County for this job - not rushed or pressured, good explanation of how it would proceed. Glad to recommend them to anyone considering this kind of work
Kyle O. helped us work through an incredibly tricky insurance obstacle while remaining professional and friendly. He truly went above and beyond to work for the homeowners! We were scheduled within 2 weeks for installation and the crew worked fast! They did an amazing job and the clean up was perfect. They even came back after installation to ensure not a nail or scrap was left behind. I highly recommend West County Roofing!
After having massive problems with our insurance company, various claims adjusters, and three other contractors--just trying to get our storm damage properly repaired--West County Roofing and Construction got it right. They worked professionally with our insurance company, and in a reasonable time frame our entire roof, and almost half our siding, was finally replaced, something most of the other actors had wasted many months not accomplishing. Everything fit. Everything matched. Our nightmare was over.
We had our roof and gutters replaced by West County Roofing and Construction. Jeff Borgers was our Project Manager. Jeff did an outstanding job during the whole process. From his thorough roof inspection, meeting the insurance adjuster at our house to walk the roof, to helping us pick our new shingles for the house. I recommend and will use West County Roofing and Construction again.
This is a 2026 update. West County Roofing is in the final phase of a 3 year project with our community. Each year, West County's team has been incredible! Their work is top notch, their team is proactive and accomodating to our owners. Overall, our project will be completed on time and under budget.
