Went with a local company because I thought I would get get better service but that has not been the case so far. It has been 3 weeks since our roof has been put on. Still some things that need to be done with the roof and the gutters. The most annoying thing is the complete lack of communication since the roof went on. Numerous messages have gone unreturned. I worry at this point if they're even coming back to finish the project.
We worked with Rob Borgers who fit us into his schedule following a severe storm. He met with our insurance adjuster and we received full coverage for a roof replacement. The work was done quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend West County Roofing!
Extremely Disappointed – Paid $5,000 and Work Still Not Finished I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
