I reached out over a week ago to make an appointment and left a message, but never received a call back. I understand offices get busy, but a courtesy return call would have been the professional thing to do.

The doctor here is fabulous! The office doesn't have a clue about how it runs. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment, and then they took the lady that was scheduled after I was before me. Dr. Slocum is amazing, but don't go if you want "nice". They're all worried about their own problems.

I called as a new patient to make an appointment and was told they were too busy and that they’d take my information and call me back. It’s been a week and never heard back. Edited to add: it’s been a few weeks, and I called back trying to make an appointment again since I never heard back. I was told they’re too busy to make an appt right now and that I can call back later to try. Going to go elsewhere.
