The doctor is great, attentive, and kind but the reception staff are really rude and unhelpful. I've had them give me incorrect information multiple times while acting like I'm the dumb one. Very frustrating. Update: The lies from reception continue and this time the doctor didn't even bother to call me for my teleheath appointment. This is not how patients deserve to be treated.
This clinic has saved my life. They are very compassionate and understanding. My counselor Allan actually listens to me and is a Godsend. I would totally recommend going here

This place is horrible. One desk girl straight attitude every encounter, gave me the wrong date of first appointment. Called to talk to my doctor due to me needing insulin asap, she tried referring me to a different clinic, then never delivered the message. I have yet to be prescribed my insulin, ya what I need to survive literally, even after taking test n them receiving my results. Doctor tells me he doesn’t have the capability to do so, refers me to an endocrinologist but must wait two weeks for a letter in the mail? And ... read more
