I quit Kaiser and the end of 2023 September. I changed over 2 West county health center in March after 6 months of trying to disenroll from Kaiser. Finally, West county saw me. And they offered no help to buy motorcycle accident. They are very. Rude and the customer service actually sucks totally. They're people are not there to help you. They are just there to take the government's medicare and medical money from the government and send you down the road with no help. Hispanic lady at vaccination front desk looked moody, she sounded like she didn't want to be there. And then they were trying to give us a Spanish interpreter, didn't they pay attention to our names, nothing to do with Spanish and our English is pretty fluent. Other than that service was kind of fast.
Pathetic workers. Don’t know why this place is still running.
Never answer phone always busy and a lot of very rude receptionist
