Wonderful experience. Dr. Pete has the latest and greatest technologies and Dental and everything is done in house. Very fortunate to have found West County Dental.
I’m here to say that I had conscious sedation at West County Dental a few weeks ago and it was pretty amazing. I had a lot of work that I was having done all at once. So, we chose this route. I don’t remember anything that happened. I walked in and walked out by myself but have no recollection of the work being done. I would highly recommend. Dr. Pete and his staff are really great!
Had extensive dental work done this past Monday (5-11-2026). Very hard to get me numb. Dr. Spalitto and his staff did a great job in making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I did not feel a thing! I would strongly recommended West County Dental for all your dentistry needs, especially if you need sedation dentistry.

Dr. Spalitto and staff delivered what they promised. After invisible brace treatment I still needed 5 new crowns. They were old and cracking, removed and replaced in one appointment. I walked out with a new smile. I give them an A+ and referred my husband.
