I've been happy with the different healthcare professionals I've met with. It can take a while to get an appointment, but that seems common these days.
Long waiting list and last minute cancellations, not enough appointments available, short staff! Not cool. Really frustrating!
I wish you could give zero stars. They were fine until they put in place the call center. That is when it quickly went south. You will NEVER EVER get to talk to anyone but a call service operator when you call. My mom’s first visit was February 20th. Since then I have called the nurse Mary 5 times, the Gravenstein office 10+ times, the west county office 1 time and specifically asked for office manager Denise 3 times. Zero returned calls by them.
