Probably the worst center to deal with, and I never set foot in the place. More than Two months after requesting to join and enroll in a program, I have been left hanging. First I was told that the person in charge of the program was no longer employed. Then Rebecca, the CEO contacted me, only to ignore my emails. Absolutely the worst place I have ever experienced in my life. If there was an option to put no stars, then I would. Management is nothing but an absolute joke, staff are just as rude and if not, worse. They constantly cancel swimming lessons, refuse to refund, and don’t even give any reason. Management has been known to yell and get mad at employees for not doing a task that the managers should do themselves. I joined the Y 3 weeks ago and it’s been nothing short of life changing. The staff are extremely friendly, the facilities (while dated) are spotless and clean, the pool has been fantastic for lap swim 3 times a week each week so far, the basketball court is underused but nice, I rented a locker for… $5 a month. Really can’t beat the price for the quality. Very happy to have the Y in our community.
