Great gym. Always open, good community and never crowded. Joesph PT sessions are great as well!
I’ve called them atleast 10 times to sign up for a membership and left close to 5 voicemails. Nobody ever picks up. I’ve stood outside the gym for close to 20 mins till someone let me in the gym. Once inside I’ve called the manager, left out emails. There’s is no one answering. I’ve also signed up for a free class close to 3 days ago, there is no reply from them. The equipment seems to be really good.
Have contacted them 4 times to cancel my membership. They do not answer phone or emails. Gym is NEVER staffed. I am going to have to file a dispute with my CC at this point. Terrible customer service
