Overall great in general
I brought my computer here fully expecting to leave it overnight so that they could figure out what parts to order for my charging port. Instead, he took the time to give me a new solution that allowed me to keep my computer and charge it from a different port- saving me time and money. I will definitely use their service in the future.

UPDATE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! TRY LYING NOW .....HERE IS A NEW PICTURE PROVING YOU WORKED ON MY COMPUTER SINCE YOU SAY YOU DIDN'T DO IT. KEEP LYING THE LEGAL OUTCOME WILL BE AMAZING...........THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO FIX THEIR DAMAGES. THE REPLY FROM THEM IS FALSE.............Videos of the DMG is online .....They knowingly destroyed my computer and refusing to reimburse me or make things right............28 days for 4 hours of work...Well I will never use them again and the dmgs to my computer that they are denying... read more
