I can't say enough good things about the staff at both the West Columbia and Brazoria health clinics. They're amazing, kind, caring people who do a great job at explaining options and conditions. They listen to you and they follow up when needed.
To begin I have never written a google review but others need to be aware. Ever since they moved locations this place has just gone downhill. Never had an issue at the previous location. My first appointment at the new location I was brought back at my appointment time to a room that had not been cleaned since the previous week with torn wrinkled paper on the table & smelly dirty diaper in the trash that had stayed there over the weekend. As a retired physician of two years, I can honestly attest that the attention to detail that the staff and clinicians, have exhibited, has been quite professional, respectful and thorough. They have no problem referring a patient out to another specialist when needed, as opposed to many M.D.'s keeping conditions "in house" that all too often can endanger a patient.
