Very difficult business to deal with, blamed me for not coming to a scheduled appointment for a quote, said there were too busy to look at a $50 to $70K book of business

We tried to schedule an appointment with this customer and he never confirmed. We have not done business with this customer. We did tell him we are busy. We should not get a bad review because we are busy and he did not confirm the appointment.
Everything was great! From the customer service to the actual work!! Excellent workers and a great job on everything I asked for. It all turned out so beautiful. Will definitely be calling them for future work for my other windows due to how great my shower/bathroom turned out!

I called this company to install a shower the guy ces and tells me if I want practicality to buy a 10 dollar curtain on a $ 1300 shower I am West College Glass 100% didn't try to sell me! Only tried to help! Thank you for being honest!!! Finally!!!
