We have waited for over 3 months for these folks to come do the work they committed to. They have given us a generic date on two occasions (like we will come the middle of the month) and they have given us a SPECIFIC date on three occasions. Needless to say, they have not shown up any of those times. Not only have they not shown up, other than one time they didn't even bother to call to tell us they weren't coming. They did a good job of cutting trees but never came back to remove stumps. We called several times a week for 2 months asking when the stumps were going to be removed. They finally mailed us a refund of the stump removal charge.
