Dr. Uma...I believe is her name, is by far the worst clinician I've ever dealt with. Rude, demeaning, cuts me off and completely uncaring about any issues I've brought up. Today she decided to stand over me and loudly berate me, which is a bad idea with my PTSD. Lucky she didn't get dropped. Do better VA. Stop hiring foreigners who give a crap less about our veterans.

Was excited for a conveniently close and nice looking clinic. Last visit after the doctor meet and lab referral they left me in the room for over 30 minutes. The walls are thin and you can hear lots of long personal stories instead of professional patient care. In the conversation one of the staff members said laughinly “I left him in the room”. At around the 40 minute mark of pointless waiting the nurse came back in to escort me to the exit and said “the lab is closed but you can come back any other day during lab hours.” H... read more
