I had a fantastic experience working with West Coast Restoration. My water heater leaked and flooded part of my condo. They guided me step by step through out the mold removal and restoration process. They also helped me communicate with the insurance. Since I was out of town for the flooring restoration, I couldn't select the new flooring myself. Nathan did a great job select the flooring pattern and color identical to my initial floor. We’ve hired West Coast Restoration 4 times now. Albert and his team are our go-to whenever we find water damage and mold. Not only are they consistently the best price (we’ve shopped around), but they are very thorough and professional, which we could not say for another remediation company we’ve hired. Albert worked with us when we were in a sticky situation with our condo neighbors. It’s nice to have a contractor that truly cares. Hope I won’t have to hire remediation again in the future, but if I do, I know who to call 👍

I have used this company multiple time for our rental properties. Everyone that we have had to work with the company was amazing and knowledgeable. Albert and Ski are couple of the employees that I have had direct contact with on more then one occasion and they always very prompt, on time, considerate of my tenants home, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that they always answer our million questions and provide answers to how we should care for our properties after water damage. I highly recommend this company.
