West Coast did complete the job and put back everything correctly. I would get a 2nd quote for an estimate from another company. We were in Escrow, and we felt that West Coast took advantage of that situation.

We contacted West Coast Restoration for what we thought was a small amount of surface mold in our bedroom. The demo team uncovered a much larger mold issue that had been ignored twice by previous contractors. Suffice it to say the project was MUCH larger than we had expected, but it was a case where you have to address the root of the issue to prevent the mold for returning.
