We’ve hired West Coast Restoration 4 times now. Albert and his team are our go-to whenever we find water damage and mold. Not only are they consistently the best price (we’ve shopped around), but they are very thorough and professional, which we could not say for another remediation company we’ve hired. Albert worked with us when we were in a sticky situation with our condo neighbors. It’s nice to have a contractor that truly cares. Hope I won’t have to hire remediation again in the future, but if I do, I know who to call 👍

I have used this company multiple time for our rental properties. Everyone that we have had to work with the company was amazing and knowledgeable. Albert and Ski are couple of the employees that I have had direct contact with on more then one occasion and they always very prompt, on time, considerate of my tenants home, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that they always answer our million questions and provide answers to how we should care for our properties after water damage. I highly recommend this company.

We called this company to assess some water damage and mold in a rental home we recently moved into. We spoke with Albert on the phone multiple times and he was wonderful in helping us navigate the assessment via our landlord. Askia came out to do the assessment and quote and I cannot say enough good things about him.
