We contacted West Coast Restoration for what we thought was a small amount of surface mold in our bedroom. The demo team uncovered a much larger mold issue that had been ignored twice by previous contractors. Suffice it to say the project was MUCH larger than we had expected, but it was a case where you have to address the root of the issue to prevent the mold for returning. I contacted West Coast Restoration and Repair to help us with mold we found on our drywall. They came out and gave us a free estimate with a very fair price to remediate our mold issue. We hired them and they did an amazing job. The men doing the work were thorough but also very careful to only remove what needed to be removed and nothing extra. They understood that we had very little replacement flooring and were very careful to respect our wishes to minimize the removal but still make sure to get all of the mold out. They ... read more

west coast restoration was great. everyone was very friendly and professional. they answered all my questions and went out of their way to make sure my floors were mold free and dry so I can have carpet installed. Would highly recommend them.
