I do not recommend I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. she is all smiles in font of the client but once the client is out of ear shot she is rude and always saying some kind of sassy comet about here clients. compaction about pets is not her thing. working with her for 6 months gave me a first hand look at who she really is and what she is really like behind closed door. If you want a vet that cares about your pet then go to someone ells, not her.
Great Doctor! Dr.Sarena is excellent! She is very personal, she really cares not only about the animal, but also about the owner. She is kind, very knowledgeable and honest. I feel 100% confident about her. Dr Sarena will recommend THE BEST and THE CHEAPEST treatment possible! This is a VERY rare trait around here these days! West Coast Veterinary Center To previous reviewer, I wanted to clarify with you that Dr. Sarena Von Der Heyde never worked for West Coast Veterinary Center. She was employeed by Braden River Equine until last year (June 2009). I am sorry for your expirence with her but wanted to clarify Dr. Sarena's previous employment.
RecommendedLove west a Coast Veterinary. Doctors are very experienced with treatment other than just standard vet stuff. Dr Maggie helped with a special herb mix treatment that allowed us to keep our boy Dewey alive for an extra year. Friendly staff. Just got back from a visit with our new pup. He’ll get his checkups and treatments there.
In the middle of the Corona Virus, they came out to our car in parking lot for Paisleys 1st set of shots.
We only recently started going to West Coast, and unfortunately yesterday our sweet dog had to cross the rainbow bridge. Although we’ve only been patients for a short time, the kindness and compassion we received was incredible. We highly recommend Dr. Brown and her entire staff! Our pup was completely at ease the entire time, the experience and expertise made an extremely difficult time for us a little easier. After moving here in November of 2018, I vet shopped for over a year before finding this amazing staff! You won't find better techs, assistants, or veterinarians near Sarasota. Dr. Voorhees is amazing with my little blind cat! He is usually nervous when he first meets someone in an unknown area, but at our first visit after he met her, he was actually playing and roaming the exam room.
