I have had the worst experience with Dr. Kong’s office at West Coast Vascular. They were unable to retrieve my ultrasound from CMH Radiology. Mainly because they wouldn’t listen to my circumstances and and every time I call, his staff “advises” me to get. CT scan. For over three weeks I have called that office and calmly explained my circumstances and every time they miss construe the message don’t look up the prior message and don’t understand that all I need is to find out the results of my ultrasound. I am a daughter of a patient. I love Dr. Kong's bed side manor. He took very good care of my mother (saved her life). Love knowing that as a doctor really cares for his patients, he listens, he understands and if needed will explain in more detail of what is to be expected. Dr.Kong even made time to speak with me after my mothers surgery to let me know how everything went. He is WONDERFUL!!!!
All the Doctors at West Coast Vascular came highly recommended to me by my Gynecological Oncologist. I had severe discomfort behind my left knee which was keeping me down and out of everyday activities. I made my appointment with Dr Runge, had my exam, discovered my greater saphenous vein was not functioning. I had the Venaseal procedure, it is been onward and upward since then. I highly recommend Dr Runge❣️
I've been a patient of Dr. Guo for several years. He and his office staff (at both Ox. and Vta. locations) are very professional and courteous. Never had to wait long at an appointment.
