I love this gym so much! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they guide you through your workout which is so nice especially if you feel more intimidated trying something new. Not to mention free childcare! I've never heard of that for a gym, so makes it easier to get a workout in as a mom! And they have so many different classes and services they offer.
This gym has changed my life. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the owner Chelsea and her husband Sean, and ALL of the trainers/instructors. Being a part of the LH family has been such a heartwarming, incredible, welcoming, and uplifting experience. These men and women want you to be your best and they don't stop until you feel it. I went there to try Pilates and it was my first time! I was excited to try something new.. but unfortunately this will be my last time. The instructor (Remy) didn't make me feel welcomed. I would ask questions and she would be annoyed. She was assertive to the "regulars" and even commented something like women of my color don't usually do Pilates. So disgraceful.
