Absolutely love Cassidy's Monday spin class. Her energy is unmatched!
Wow! I took Des spin class it was fantastic! From the moment you walk in the customer service was spectacular! I highly recommend the lions heart for all your health needs!
Went to the cycling class to try it out. It was great. Good music, great energy. It was a lot of fun.
I took my first spin class here with Michelle, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! As someone new to the spin community, she made me feel so welcome from the start. I loved the music she played, along with the positive messages and encouragement she shared throughout the class. Thanks to her, I’ve already booked another Sunday session and am even considering a membership. The only downside? I just wish she taught more classes!
