I absolutely love this gym! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and encouraged. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about your fitness journey. The trainers take the time to make sure you are doing every movement correctly and safely, and they are always willing to modify exercises to fit your needs or ability level. The gym family you never thought you needed
Loving this gym, the coaches are very motivating, knowledgeable, equipment and areas are clean. They offer a variety of training and workouts classes from Spin, Strength, Yoga, Zumba, Boxing and many more. The classes are scheduled all throughout the day.
This gym has been such an amazing choice of a gym for me. As someone who constantly needs motivation to keep going and not giving up The Lionheart community is it. The Coaches are always eager to help with any questions, childcare is beyond just a drop off. They care for our children as their own. And the owners are always at the location and involved in everything. I love their events and participating in challenges have helped me lose about 20lbs in three weeks. 25 classes with them since April and 25 more to go.
