I will no longer be going to this Toyota dealership for service due to what I experienced. I had a scheduled appointment this past Saturday for an oil change at 08:15am, I didn’t leave until after 12:30pm. They didn’t start looking at my car until after 3 hours based on my app notification. I texted them regarding the status of my car, I didn’t receive a response. This place is a SCAM. Online offer is 20.2k and in store they said 17k. The car only has dust no condition issue at all. Be aware folks
