Bought tires in November and tires are already separating. Went in and they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it cause I didn’t have them rotate them. I personally rotate them. Also said it’s more and likely from bad suspension. Which is false. Truck drive perfect with my other set of tires on it and no play in any part of the suspension. Don’t buy tires here.
RecommendedI was so impressed at how courteous, respectful, helpful and honest the staff were. Being an older Black woman who has to take care of her auto needs on her own, it is refreshing to enter an establishment where you are treated like all other customers and not as someone who knows nothing and is a target to be taken advantage of. The owner Abraham was just a delight to do business with. I will certainly utilize West Coast Tires and Auto Center for all my tire needs.
