Be careful stay away Unprofessional business practice. they will the insurance company and based on the contract rates with the insurance company, they were paid in full. A year later they send you a bill to try to collect a different amount they bill the insurance company. their statement does not even mention what insurance company paid them. Double invoicing, this could be considered fraud. Be careful
This place is a logistics disaster, which is unfortunate for the therapists they provide space for as it reflects poorly on the therapist even though they are independent of the office. My daughter started speech therapy here in December and I requested copies of the copayment statements multiple times for court purposes. My messages were never returned and when I finally got to speak with someone, they advised me they called some totally random number that I never put on any paperwork in my daughters case; and did not leave... read more
