Don’t let anyone tell you it doesn’t matter whether a shop is Porsche certified or not. Ryan Hernandez is an expert, whose knowledge and experience resulted in our Macan being fixed right even after our insurance adjuster initially objected to the need for additional repairs. Our experience was superior in every respect; plenty of communication, outanding service and excellent results. We highly recommend West Coast!
Ryan and Bobby were great. They basically rebuilt the corner of my Porsche Cayenne Turbo, after putting a new clearcoat on the carbon fiber roof under warranty. Everything came out just like new and at the estimated price.
Such wonderful customer service. I had gotten into an accident a year prior and had to have the front of my beautiful Porsche repaired. A year later I noticed a small chip in the front of the paint- which appeared to be from a rock; however the way the paint peeled wasn’t normal. They could have easily said it wasn’t covered from the chip, but the owner came over and looked at the peeling and said they would honor the work either way and make sure it was perfect.
