Forrest was absolutely awesome! He was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about getting me trained on what to do as a new hit tub owner. I am so grateful for this help! When it’s time to buy a new hot tub I will certainly be buying a locally made west coast spa!
Forrest was amazing and we would highly recommend he and his delivery crew, from the south Salem location! Super knowledgeable and helpful! The set up and delivery went seamless! Our Mckenzie 2.0 is everything we wanted. Once filled, it heated up quickly so we were able to enjoy it that same evening.
Forrest and Abby at West Coast spas sold me a literal hunk of junk. When I wrote a review the first time, they begged me to take it down, promising to resolve it. Well, here we are and it's been 2 more months and still no working hot tub. I spent thousands of dollars for the pad, the hot tub, and adding a brand new dedicated electric line. They brought a hot tub that had different stats than were on my purchase order, and when my electrician protested, they told him to wire it up anyway and "it will be fine".
