West Coast spa was amazing from purchase to installation. Friendly staff both in the showroom and delivery. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Forrest, the owner, was a great help! Spa was ordered and delivered on time. Forrest was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars!!!

He listened to our needs and his recommendation was right on the money! His step be step instruction guide made setup and maintenance a breeze! The crew that delivered our unit were so conscientious and careful with both the hot tub and our property. Above all, the customer service we have received from day one has been truly exceptional! One of the biggest bonuses was the water care and maintenance class. The information provided has helped us keep our water crystal clear and made spa ownership much less intimidating. We are extremely happy with our purchase an... read more
