Local! Great customer service. I had an issue when starting up (air in the line). I called Forest at the retail store around 6pm. He called the manufacturer (Yamhill county) who called me back after hours (!) and arranged for a service technician to show up by 8am the next morning. I’ve had this kind of hands-on responsive service from the beginning. Plus it’s made locally so I’m supporting my community with the purchase. Five stars.
When we bought our first hot tub 6 years ago we were not expecting it to be such a positive and easy experience. We love our spa! Forest at the Salem showroom is so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Over the years he continues to provide awesome service and advice for all our spa needs. We will definitely continue to support their business and hope Forest never leaves!

Highly recommend West Coast Spa’s if you’re in the market for a hot tub. I began looking for tubs before the state fair knowing dealers often have discounts around that time. I met with multiple sales reps of multiple companies and noticed a trend - very slimy, shady, used car type sales people. Prices wouldn’t be posted anywhere, they’d claim everything is on massive discount, then when I said no thanks they’d throw in an extra 10% off because they liked me. Forrest was absolutely awesome! He was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about getting me trained on what to do as a new hit tub owner. I am so grateful for this help! When it’s time to buy a new hot tub I will certainly be buying a locally made west coast spa!
