I came in to the store to get some advice on a deep clean of a tub and it's plumbing system. Forest was very courteous, professional and patient. He is very knowledgeable and shared with me step by step the process that it would take for me to be successful at the task I would undertake. His in store tutorial proved to be correct. We bought a wonderful spa from Forrest in South salem a few months ago. He was so very helpful. He spoke about how great the company was and how they pay attention to all details. He did not miss speak. Our spa was built to our exact specifications. It was delivered promptly on our selected time slot. Installed where we wanted. No issues with any step along the process. Now 4 months later we are enjoying our spa nightly. Thank you Forrest, thank you west Coast Spa. Truly a pleasure working with all of you.
