These guys are the best! Tiah always goes above and beyond to help navigate anything I need done to my spa, most recently a cover and control panel.
We bought our spa about 5 years ago. If you are looking for a hot tub, you must visit this store. Sumi has consistently provided outstanding customer service. Not only is she very experienced, she has consistently provided support for any problems and questions we have had, to this day. I rarely post reviews; however, Sumi's support and help troubleshooting provide for the best customer experience, which has provided so much more value to our purchase.
Bought a hot tub from here. No pressure. All very helpful. Even after I called with some questions about chemicals. Great company. Love my tub!
