We purchased our hot tub in August 2026. After Delivery there was a small leak but the field repair team addressed it the following week and we have been enjoying the hot tub a few times a week since then. We shopped around quite a bit and settled on west coast spas for several reasons. All the pumps, control devices, jets are all standard off the shelf parts that I can replace if needed when the warranty expires. The shell is self supporting and all the components are easily accessible. Special props to Sumi the sales man... read more
The people at Artic Spa in Vancouver are great. Customer service, and service reps are polite, patient and truly a pleasure to do business with.
Service call on a hot tub leak, took a week to get on the schedule. Gaskets were replaced, water added and heat adjusted. Nice friendly guy.
These guys are the best! Tiah always goes above and beyond to help navigate anything I need done to my spa, most recently a cover and control panel.
We bought our spa about 5 years ago. If you are looking for a hot tub, you must visit this store. Sumi has consistently provided outstanding customer service. Not only is she very experienced, she has consistently provided support for any problems and questions we have had, to this day. I rarely post reviews; however, Sumi's support and help troubleshooting provide for the best customer experience, which has provided so much more value to our purchase.
