Customer service was exceptional. Joanna was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. We ordered Soundproof Barrier to help dampen noise between tenant walls. We've used a variety of sound dampening agents over the years and are very pleased with the results of their specific product. Would absolutely purchase again.
We worked with West Coast Sound Solutions on home noise proof project twice. They are a very professional team with good quality of work. All the team members are pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with the sound proof result after the projects. Would highly recommend to those in need of sound proof in the neighborhood.
West Coast Sound installed an acoustic ceiling in a 1910 residence and flawlessly blended the acoustic treatment with the ceiling and within the crown moldings and around the lighting. The ceiling looks and works great, the representatives were professional and took care to protect the walls and floor of the residence while they worked. The job was finished on time and the clean-up was well done. I was impressed with the outcome and recommend West Coast Sound.
We’ve been struggling with noise for years. The neighbors installed speakers in the shared walls and we can hear the constant drum of low frequency base anytime they play music or watch tv. This only got worse when they rented the house out to a family with a kid that played Call of Duty in the afternoons. Did soundproofing for 3 bedrooms with insulation between the floors and doors replaced. Amazing results. They do high quality work and their project manager is very meticulous and is a good communicator !
