This facility is tidy. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
Hannah was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my truck rental experience. She made the entire process quick and easy. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and will definitely rent from this U-Haul location again. Highly recommended!

I have had a 10 x 20 unit for 2 years. First, the facility plant is immaculate. The units are brand new. As such, the roller doors and locks are exactly that. Another plus, it's among the nearest to downtown Reno. They also rent U-Hauls if you don't have your own trailer. James is great. He made it so easy to deal West Coast storage as a corporate entity explaining to me how the userID works online. Anyway, today I cleared my unit out and James was great, making sure I understood the process and what was going to happen next... read more
